Preparing the agar-agar mixture:

In a small bowl, mix 8 g of agar-agar with 50 ml of water.

Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring until the agar-agar is completely dissolved.

Incorporating the dairy products:

In a saucepan, heat 350 ml of milk over medium heat.

Add 200 g of sweetened condensed milk and cook, stirring, for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and quickly stir in 200 g of heavy cream or yogurt until smooth.
