🥬 Ingredients (serves approximately 4)
For the stuffed cabbage rolls:
1 large white cabbage (approximately 1.5 kg)
500 g minced meat (beef, pork, or a mixture)
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon flour
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 large carrot, finely chopped
2-3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons butter (for greasing)
Preparing the cabbage:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Remove the stem from the cabbage and plunge it whole into the boiling water.
Let it boil for 8-10 minutes, then carefully remove each leaf (approximately 12 to 15 large leaves.
Trim the thick ribs of the leaves to make rolling easier.
