My current favorite snack for after meals! Plus, it’s loaded with protein!

Lemon mousse is a delightful, light dessert that’s perfect for those warm summer evenings or whenever you need a little pick-me-up. This low-carb, keto-friendly version is a wonderful treat for anyone following a ketogenic diet or just looking to reduce sugar intake. The tartness of the lemon paired with the creaminess of the mousse makes it a refreshing and satisfying dessert.Lemon mousse in a glass dessert cup on a kitchen table

It’s a dish that brings a bit of sunshine to your table, reminiscent of the lemony desserts of Southern Europe, but adapted for those watching their carbs.

This keto lemon mousse pairs beautifully with a handful of fresh berries, such as raspberries or blueberries, which complement the tartness of the lemon. For a more indulgent treat, serve alongside a few pieces of dark chocolate or a simple almond flour cookie. A cup of herbal tea or a frothy cappuccino would make for a perfect beverage pairing, creating a delightful end to any meal.
