🥩 Mustard Pork Chops
Ingredients

4 bone-in or boneless pork chops

Salt & black pepper

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp whole-grain mustard (optional but great)

½ cup heavy cream

½ cup chicken broth

2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tsp fresh thyme (or ½ tsp dried)
Instructions

Season pork chops well with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chops 3–4 min per side until golden. Remove and set aside.

Lower heat. Add butter and garlic; sauté 30 seconds.

Stir in mustards, broth, cream, and thyme. Simmer until slightly thickened.

Return pork chops to the pan and simmer 5–7 minutes until cooked through. Spoon sauce over chops.
