German Potato Pancakes
Ingredients
2 pounds (about 900 g) Russet or Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled
1 medium onion
2 large eggs
1/4 cup all-purpose flour (30 g)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Vegetable oil for frying, rapeseed oil, or sunflower oil
