Ingredients Required:
- 2 tbsp organic spirulina powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (ground)
- 1 tbsp matcha green tea powder
- 1 tbsp moringa powder
- 1 tbsp dry rose petal powder

Procedure:
- Grind chia seeds into a fine powder if using whole seeds.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until uniform.
