The Massage:

While soaking, gently massage your legs in circular motions, moving from the bottom (ankles) upward (toward the knees).

 

Additional Tips for Immediate Relief:

Elevate Your Legs: After the soak, lie down and prop your legs up on pillows so they are above heart level for 15 minutes.

 

Cold Water Rinse: Finish by rinsing your legs with very cold water to constrict and tone the veins. Hydration: Drink plenty of water to help maintain healthy blood viscosity.
