Ingredients:
* 1 ripe banana
* 2 tablespoons of rolled oats
* 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
* 1 cup of plant-based milk or low-fat milk
* 1 teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder
* 1 pinch of cinnamon
* 1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
* 3 ice cubes
