Natural Recipes with Cloves for Joint Pain and Varicose Veins

Ingredients:

5 whole cloves.

1 piece of fresh ginger (approximately 2 cm), grated or sliced.

1 teaspoon of turmeric powder.

1 cinnamon stick.

1 liter of water.

Organic honey or stevia to taste (optional).

Preparation:

Boil the water in a pot.

Add the cloves, ginger, turmeric, and cinnamon.

Consumption:

Add cold water or chamomile infusion little by little, stirring until you obtain a thick, uniform paste.
