Anti-Inflammatory Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients:
2–3 eggs
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
A pinch of black pepper
Fresh chives or parsley
Olive oil or butter
Instructions:
Whisk the eggs thoroughly
Heat oil or butter in a pan
Add turmeric and stir briefly
Cook eggs gently while stirring
Add herbs just before serving
