Dates: Our “strong fruit”… but not magic

Unless you have high blood sugar, eat only 1 or 2 with almond peel or coconut to slow down the absorption of sugar. Calories: Dates give energy. 5 dates = 100 calories. Unless you eat 10 every night, you will gain weight without feeling it. It is a healthy meal within a balanced and clean system.
3 peeled dates + cup warm milk + a pinch of cinnamon
Eat the dates and suck the milk afterwards. This combo is sweet, sour and sleepy. Conclusion: Dates deserve to be in every Moroccan’s house. Cool 2-3 at night and enjoy. Your body will benefit, and your stomach will relax. Unless you overdo it. And you want it dry or wet? Can you eat it alone or with milk?
