All you need is baking soda and a little water.
- Mix a spoon of baking soda with a few drops of water to make a thick paste.
- Spread the paste gently over the soleplate (the metal bottom of the iron).
- Wipe it clean with a damp cloth.
- For the steam holes, dip a cotton swab in water and clean them carefully.
That’s it — your iron will be spotless and glide smoothly again!
