70g ground peanuts

Mix the ingredients
Crush the biscuits: Start by crushing the biscuits into small pieces by hand or with a food processor.
Add the ground peanuts: Grind the peanuts and mix them with the crushed cookies.
Prepare the chocolate mixture: Combine the sugar and cocoa powder in a small saucepan and mix until smooth. Gradually add the soft-serve cream, stirring constantly until smooth.
Mold the desserts
Combine the butter and vanilla sugar: Add the butter and vanilla sugar to the chocolate mixture, stirring until melted and smooth.
Fold in the cookie mixture: Pour the chocolate mixture into the bowl of crushed peanut cookies, stirring until well combined.
Place in the freezer
Shape the indentations: Form balls with the mixture, press them into a mold, or fill your chosen silicone molds. Ensure the mixture is compact to avoid gaps.
